Lakeworth Digital is a boutique Salesforce consulting firm built on a simple idea: technology should empower people, not slow them down. We were founded by Venkatesh “VK” Kamat, a seasoned Salesforce architect who led some of the most complex Financial Services Cloud programs in North America. VK saw too many projects stall or under-deliver—not because of the technology, but because of misaligned objectives and lack of delivery ownership.
He built Lakeworth Digital to do it differently: senior-led, pragmatic, and outcome-focused.
Alongside VK, Tim Costello brings years of client leadership and sales experience, helping shape Lakeworth’s approach to growth, storytelling, and customer success. Together, we’ve created a firm that balances deep technical expertise with a focus on real-world impact.
